BIOGRAPHY

Zenorina Aloyce Swai is working as a Tutorial Assistant in the Department of Food Science and Agro-processing at Sokoine University of Agriculture in Tanzania. She is specialized in Food Engineering and Agro-processing as well as post-harvest losses. She is involved in assistant teaching undergraduate students, conducting research and consultancy on various aspects of Food Science and Agro processing.

Ms. Z. Swai holds BSc in Food Science and Technology from Sokoine University of Agriculture in Tanzania. She also worked with the Ministry of Agriculture as an Agriculture Officer in National Irrigation Commission (NIRC) ensuring Food security by helping farmers in good agriculture Practices (GAP)
