BIOGRAPHY

Fredrick Lucas Mesiack holds a BSc. in Irrigation and Water Resources Engineering from Sokoine University of Agriculture. He is currently pursuing a MSc. in Irrigation Engineering and Management at Sokoine University of Agriculture. He has experience in irrigation activities in Tanzania, especially in the designing, installation, and maintenance of irrigation systems, since 2016 through his work at the Wade Rain East Africa Company irrigation system located in Arusha Region. He has been involved in the supervision of various construction activities of storage structures (dams) for irrigation through the TAESA program in 2018 conducted in Kilimanjaro Region. Additionally, from 2019 to 2022, he worked as a tutorial assistant at Arusha Technical College (ATC), teaching irrigation modules and engineering drawings to both NTA level 4–6 and VETA student. He is currently employed as a tutorial assistant in the Department of Civil and Water Resources Engineering at Sokoine University of Agriculture.
